Alicin Reidy Williamson is a global diversity and strategy executive. She has had a career in the entertainment, sports, fashion, political, and non-profit fields focusing on inclusion, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. Her experience includes being a Managing Principal at strategic policy firm, The Raben Group, SVP of Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility for MTV Networks and Viacom, Chief Inclusion Officer at Endeavor and she now serves as Chief Diversity and Culture Officer at Yahoo!.

In her current role, Alicin leads global diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and culture for the company. Her work at Endeavor included internally guiding leadership, recruiting and retention and strategic partnerships. In her partnerships, she developed the external relationships that have increased Endeavor’s diversity footprint as a thought leader in this space. Alicin’s partnerships with various company events have helped diversify interested parties and revenue streams. In April of 2020, Alicin was tapped to lead the company’s Return To Office Working Group leaning into her strategy background. She sits across several cross functional company architecture groups.

Alicin built her career fostering public affairs and corporate social responsibilities initiatives. She served as a Senior VP at MTV Networks and Viacom where she created the company’s Corporate Responsibility and Public Affairs department and helped build the Office of Global Inclusion to increase company visibility in communities and aid diversity recruitment efforts. Alicin also partnered with Viacom Government Affairs, building coalitions between advocacy groups and corporate relations in support of the company’s legislative agenda and oversaw employee engagement. As a program director and Senior Program Officer at The Fund for the City of New York, Alicin provided technical assistance and capacity building to city agencies and non-profit youth serving organizations. Alicin was an adjunct professor of Corporate Responsibility at NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

Alicin has been recognized with a commendation from the City of New York for women’s leadership, induction to the YWCA Academy of Women Leaders, and a “Woman of Influence” award from Essence Magazine and several recognitions from the cable and telecommunications industry. Alicin served on the board executive committees of the New York Urban League, Food Research and Action Center and as board chair of All Souls School. She was also previously on the board of NAMIC and the USO.

Alicin currently sits as a board member of The Dalton School, She Should Run, March on Washington Film Festival and is an advisor for the Council on Juvenile and Family Court Judges and chairs a joint collaboration of veteran service organizations, Hire Heroes and Operation Homefront.

Roger was the founding team leader in setting up the pan-APAC Advertising Technology unit and leading the operations across Yahoo Asia Pacific offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and Singapore. As the senior director of Yahoo Creative Studio, Roger Li oversees a team of creative technology talents to set company-wide ad specifications and standards to facilitate ad creative operations and reduce technical frictions in campaign operations. The team is also in charge of driving development of new creative solutions, providing sales engineering services and supporting partner integration of ad solutions from Yahoo.

Prior to joining Yahoo, Roger had an engineering position in a government funded new media company, where he spent 6 years on various projects with extensive effort in developing interactive media and applications for education purposes. During the tenure, Roger was the lead of software engineers for the interactive portal that was later adopted by all primary schools in Hong Kong.

Roger earned a bachelor's degree in Information Engineering and a master’s degree in New Media from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Video Committee at the IAB Hong Kong (Interactive Advertising Bureau) since 2018.
