• Campaign Objectives
- To gain an edge amid the competitive landscape of credit card dining offers, HSBC crafter customer-centric offers that were reflected in the latest search requests on Yahoo Search, the No. 1 search engine in Hong Kong.



• Yahoo! Solutions
- In the HSBC “Diner and Fly” platform, the credit card not only spread its message on prominent positions on the portal’s front page, but also exclusively sponsored the lifesytle content on Topix. HSBC card olders were invited to vote for their favourite Japanese food on the platform; in return, the bank then offered exclusive dining deals meeting those demands.



• Results
- The push was so successful it became an on-going campaign, and the “listening to consumers’ proposition of HSBC credit cards was established as a result.
