• Campaign Objectives

Hyatt is rolling out a thematic campaign to promote the message – Hyatt is Listening – that Hyatt is listening to the needs of each customer and make changes to provide better hospitality experience for the customers.



• Yahoo! Solutions

Yahoo initiated solutions that allow audience to experience the benefits on their own and right on their screens.

Instead of placing ordinary banners, 3 sets of interact banners were launched.





To further engage the audience, Yahoo propose and launch the content marketing solution that is relatable and associable to the target audience

According to study, Women is one of the most picky species on earth. They care about the ambience, the experience, the convenience, etc. Therefore, instead of bombarding our audience about how good Hyatt is, Yahoo lined up 3 female celebrities (Anna Yau 丘凱敏, Lelia Chow 周美鳳 and Almen Wong 黃佩霞) to produce a series of video interviews to share their criteria of a perfect hotel.

• Results

Generated a record high deal from Hyatt for one single campaign, which is the largest among all travel advertisers.
